Australia Wide Recyclers
AWR is a not for profit recycling charity, based in Adelaide, South Australia. Our purpose is to help the environment while assisting disadvantaged communities in both Australia and overseas. We have a network of donation bins across metropolitan Adelaide where we gather unwanted household goods for reuse by disadvantaged persons. We have a paid workforce spanning 15 nationalities who process these goods. Most staff are from migrant backgrounds. Once processed, the goods are distributed in South Australia and targeted supported communities in the Pacific, Middle East and Africa. This supports our environment by diverting items otherwise destined for landfill, while assisting those in desperate need.

What is NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will provide funding Australians aged under 65, who have permanent and significant disability. For many people, it will be the first time they receive the disability support they need.
The NDIS can provide all people with disability with information and connections to services in their communities such as doctors, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
We aim to provide quality assurance care for many of our clients needs ranging from:
Locations for Charity Bins​
Volunteer a spot on your commercial property for placement of our charity collection bins. Some councils, such as Onkaparinga council, will even allow charity drop-offs on residential property.
Volunteer or Donate Goods
People can volunteer their time for the op shop on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. Donate goods of any kind. We have a home pickup service for furniture and large quantities of items.
